1. Eligibility for Returns

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligible unopened and unused products may be considered for return within [INSERT NUMBER] days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be in resalable condition.
• You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, contaminated, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return because of hygiene and safety considerations.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, certain skincare and personal-care products may be final sale once opened or used.

Unless required otherwise by law, the following may be non-returnable:

• Opened or used skincare products;
• Products returned without original packaging;
• Products damaged through customer misuse;
• Products contaminated after delivery;
• Personalized or customized products;
• Clearance or final-sale products when clearly identified as such; and
• Products specifically identified as non-returnable before purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact Laney Glow as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number;
• Your name;
• A description of the issue;
• Photographs of the product and packaging; and
• Any other information reasonably requested by our customer-service team.

We may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
